Errors when inserting SQL file

Make sure you are using HeidiSQL instead of phpMyAdmin. phpMyAdmin may experience errors when inserting large SQL files.

Phone not opening

Make sure you are not getting any errors, check both server and client side. If you are getting errors, double check that you have followed the installation guide correctly. If not, enable Config.Debug and send a screenshot of both the client and server output in #🔰customer-support.

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version ...

Make sure that your MariaDB server version is up to date. You can check this by running the SELECT VERSION(); query. MariaDB 10.9 or higher is required. Download here.

Please note that if you use a game panel, you may not be able to run the query. Hosts using game panels often have outdated versions of MariaDB and/or use phpMyAdmin. You can either contact your host, or, preferably, switch to a Virtual Private Server/Virtual Dedicated Server.

Could not find dependency loaf_lib for resource lb-phone

Make sure that you have installed loaf_lib and renamed it from loaf_lib-master to loaf_lib.

Export x does not exist

Make sure that you are using the export on the correct side. If you are using a client export on the server, or vice versa, you will get this error. Double check that you are using an export that exists. If you check the right sidebar in the documentation, you can see if the export is server or client sided.

Unknown column x in 'field list'

You are missing a database column / field. Sometimes when a phone update is released, a new column is added to the database. You can fix this by running the queries from the #🔨updates channel.

Music "not working"

You need to configure songs yourself. Follow the music guide to learn how to do this.

AirShare not working

The phone uses OneSync features for AirShare. Make sure that you have OneSync infinity enabled, and up-to-date artifacts.
